AVIXXI Credits & Referral Policy

This Credits & Referral Policy forms part of the AVIXXI Membership Terms & Conditions and applies to all AVIXXI members.

1. Purpose

AVIXXI Credits are designed to recognise members who actively contribute to the growth of the AVIXXI ecosystem.

Rather than rewarding only purchases, AVIXXI rewards meaningful introductions, collaboration and long-term value creation.

Credits may be earned through approved referrals, business development activities and community contributions.

2. What are AVIXXI Credits?

AVIXXI Credits are a non-cash reward that members can earn by contributing to the AVIXXI ecosystem.

Credits:

  • recognise valuable contributions

  • can be used for selected AVIXXI benefits

  • encourage long-term engagement

  • strengthen collaboration within the community

Unless expressly stated by AVIXXI, Credits:

  • are not legal tender

  • cannot be exchanged for cash

  • cannot be transferred to another member

  • cannot be sold

  • have no monetary value

3. Eligible Activities

Members may earn Credits for activities such as:

Business Development

  • Introducing qualified landowners

  • Introducing hospitality operators

  • Introducing developers

  • Introducing architects

  • Introducing strategic partners

  • Introducing sponsors

  • Introducing investors

  • Introducing potential clients

Community Growth

  • Recommending new members

  • Introducing ambassadors

  • Supporting AVIXXI events

  • Speaking at AVIXXI events

  • Creating approved content

  • Hosting networking activities

Marketing

  • Producing approved media

  • Publishing agreed promotional campaigns

  • Media exposure

  • Social media collaborations

Additional activities may be introduced by AVIXXI.

4. Referral Qualification

Not every introduction automatically earns Credits.

A referral becomes qualified only when:

  • the introduction is genuine;

  • the referred party has agreed to be introduced;

  • the introduction creates measurable value;

  • AVIXXI confirms the referral.

AVIXXI has sole discretion to determine whether a referral qualifies.

5. Referral Rewards

Depending on the type of opportunity, rewards may include:

  • AVIXXI Credits

  • Membership upgrades

  • Complimentary event access

  • Accommodation experiences

  • Exclusive member benefits

  • Referral commissions (where applicable)

Specific reward levels are determined by AVIXXI and may change.

6. Membership Credits

Credits may be redeemed for benefits including:

  • Membership renewal

  • Membership upgrades

  • Event tickets

  • AVIXXI experiences

  • Retreat stays

  • Workshops

  • Partner offers

  • Merchandise

  • Exclusive invitations

Available redemption options may change over time.

7. Paid Member Benefits

Certain referral rewards are reserved for paid membership levels.

Paid members may become eligible for:

  • Higher Credit multipliers

  • Priority referrals

  • Premium networking opportunities

  • Enhanced referral commissions

  • Early access to new programmes

Eligibility depends on the active membership plan.

8. Ambassador Programme

The Ambassador Membership is designed for individuals who actively introduce valuable relationships to the AVIXXI ecosystem.

Ambassadors may:

  • earn AVIXXI Credits

  • receive invitations to selected events

  • access collaboration opportunities

  • qualify for membership upgrades through active participation

Ambassador Membership does not guarantee commissions or financial compensation.

9. Referral Commissions

Where AVIXXI offers commission-based rewards, these apply only when:

  • the opportunity results in a signed agreement;

  • all contractual conditions have been fulfilled;

  • required payments have been received by AVIXXI.

Commission rates are communicated separately and may differ depending on the opportunity.

No commission is payable until AVIXXI has received payment.

10. Founder & Strategic Opportunities

Certain introductions involving:

  • Investors

  • Destination developments

  • Hospitality projects

  • Strategic partnerships

may qualify for enhanced rewards determined individually by AVIXXI.

These rewards are evaluated case by case.

11. Fair Use

Members agree not to:

  • submit fake referrals;

  • introduce parties without permission;

  • create duplicate referrals;

  • manipulate the programme;

  • make misleading statements about AVIXXI.

Any abuse may result in:

  • removal of Credits;

  • cancellation of rewards;

  • suspension or termination of membership.

12. Credit Expiry

Unless otherwise communicated:

  • Credits remain valid while membership remains active.

  • Credits may expire after 24 months of inactivity.

  • Expired Credits cannot be reinstated.

AVIXXI may extend validity at its discretion.

13. Programme Changes

AVIXXI may modify:

  • eligible activities;

  • reward values;

  • redemption options;

  • commission structures;

  • Credit rules.

Changes become effective upon publication on the AVIXXI website.

14. Final Decision

All decisions regarding:

  • Credit allocation

  • Referral qualification

  • Commission eligibility

  • Reward redemption

are made by AVIXXI.

AVIXXI's decisions are final.
