Welcome to AVIXXI.

These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the AVIXXI Membership Programme operated by AVIXXI AG, Switzerland ("AVIXXI", "we", "our" or "us").

By applying for or maintaining a membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. About AVIXXI

AVIXXI is a curated international ecosystem connecting entrepreneurs, investors, hospitality professionals, landowners, designers, creators and industry leaders through meaningful relationships, exclusive experiences and business opportunities.

Membership is intended for individuals who share our values and wish to contribute positively to the AVIXXI community.

2. Membership Categories

AVIXXI may offer different membership categories, including but not limited to:

  • Ambassador
  • Visionary
  • Pioneer
  • Strategic Member
  • Founder Investor

Each membership includes different benefits, privileges and opportunities.

Membership benefits may evolve as the AVIXXI ecosystem grows.

3. Application & Acceptance

Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.

AVIXXI reviews each application individually.

We reserve the right to:

  • approve or decline applications
  • request additional information
  • invite applicants into a different membership tier where appropriate

No explanation is required for declined applications.

4. Membership Benefits

Benefits may include:

  • invitations to AVIXXI events
  • networking opportunities
  • educational content
  • member-only offers
  • preferred pricing
  • partner benefits
  • referral opportunities
  • access to selected investment or development opportunities
  • AVIXXI Credits

Benefits vary by membership level.

Certain events, experiences or opportunities may require additional payment.

5. AVIXXI Credits

Some memberships may earn AVIXXI Credits through approved activities such as:

  • successful introductions
  • business referrals
  • project support
  • community contributions
  • promotional activities

AVIXXI Credits:

  • are awarded solely at AVIXXI's discretion
  • cannot be sold or transferred
  • have no monetary value unless explicitly stated in writing
  • may expire if unused
  • may only be redeemed according to the active AVIXXI Credit Programme

AVIXXI reserves the right to adjust the Credit Programme at any time.

6. Referral Programme

Where applicable, members may receive rewards for successful referrals.

A referral is considered successful only after:

  • the referred party completes the required agreement or purchase;
  • all required payments have been received; and
  • AVIXXI confirms the referral.

Referral rewards may be withheld if fraud, misrepresentation or conflicts of interest are identified.

7. Membership Fees

Paid memberships are billed according to the selected membership plan.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • fees are payable in advance;
  • memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal;
  • membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

8. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • provide accurate information;
  • act professionally and respectfully;
  • represent AVIXXI positively;
  • respect the confidentiality of private discussions;
  • comply with applicable laws;
  • avoid misleading or false representations of AVIXXI.

Members must not:

  • misuse AVIXXI branding;
  • spam other members;
  • exploit the community for unethical commercial purposes;
  • make false investment or financial claims on behalf of AVIXXI

9. Code of Conduct

AVIXXI is built on:

  • Trust
  • Integrity
  • Collaboration
  • Respect
  • Long-term relationships

Behaviour that damages the community may result in immediate termination of membership.

10. Suspension or Termination

AVIXXI may suspend or terminate membership if a member:

  • breaches these Terms;
  • provides false information;
  • engages in unlawful or unethical conduct;
  • damages the reputation of AVIXXI;
  • repeatedly violates community standards.

Termination does not entitle the member to a refund unless required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All AVIXXI branding, logos, trademarks, content, photographs, presentations and materials remain the property of AVIXXI AG unless otherwise stated.

Members may not reproduce or distribute AVIXXI materials without written permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the AVIXXI Privacy Policy.

By becoming a member, you consent to the processing of your personal information for membership administration and communication.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AVIXXI shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business opportunities;
  • decisions made by members based on introductions or information provided through the community.

AVIXXI does not guarantee investment opportunities, business success or commercial outcomes.

14. Changes to Membership

AVIXXI may update:

  • membership categories;
  • benefits;
  • pricing;
  • credits;
  • referral programmes;
  • these Terms.

Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts at the registered office of AVIXXI AG, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
